I have started my professional career in the ICT industry in 2010 while still studying Electronics and Telecommunication at the Gdansk Technical University. In my career I have assumed various roles encompassing software validation, technical support, network design, product management, team leadership and project management.
I am driven by results and enjoy working in high-performing teams. I truly believe in managing by example and acting as a leader rather than a boss.
In my private life I am happily married to the love of my life, Joanna, with whom I am raising our three kids. I spend my free time reading, hiking, jogging, skiing or sailing.

Senior Manager of Software
2023 – currently
In 2023 I have assumed the role of a Senior Manager responsible for building a new development team in Poland. I have initially assumed the role of the Project Manager, Scrum Master and Technical Lead until those roles could be filled by new members of the team.

2018 – 2023
I have started my career in product management in 2018 when I joined a ‘start-up like’ project backed by a major telco vendor. At that stage the product has been in early development phases and needed much supervision before it reached operational stability in the go-to-market phase.

During my career I have always been keen to discover the user cases and customer stories. Thus, I have assumed the role of a Technical Services Engineer attending customer demos and trials. After a few years my role additionally included team supervision and backlog management.

2010 – 2014
I have started my telco career as Student Test Engineer in a software testing team. I have always been keen to learn the details behind the product and find creative ways to test it to the limits. In this role I have been responsible for test case design and execution as well as onboarding newcomers to the team.
